1. All prices on our
website are for
non-NY delivery. All
tobacco products billed or shipped to a NY address will have the 37 %
NYS
Excise tax and 8.00% NY Sales tax added to the order. All other
non-tobacco merchandise billed or shipped to a NY address will have
only
the 8.00% NY Sales tax added to the order. NY
resident must select the "NY Tax Option" on their order.
2. All First Time
customers must have
their orders shipped to
the billing address of their credit card. Please enter the
correct billing information when
placing
your
order to avoid any hold-ups in shipment. Once you are an
established
customer, we will gladly ship to an alternate address.
3. All customers living
outside the
United States, excluding U.S.
military bases, must comply with our International
Shipping Policy before we can process a first-time order.
Please
read these guidelines very carefully before placing your order.
Please email or fax the requested information when
placing your order. This will speed up the processing of your
order. If you do not fax or email the required documents, we can
not
process your order.
4. Due to the limited
production and
high demand of certain cigar
lines, you are likely to encounter a waiting list for brands such as
Arturo
Fuente, Padron 1964, Ashton VSG and Heritage Puro Sol. Please be
prepared for this when placing orders for these cigars.
5. Our price list is a
general
reference of what we try to keep
in stock. However, due to manufacturer backorders, high demand
etc...we
may be out of something from time to time. Provided the items
you've
selected are available, your order will be processed within 24
hours.
If the items you've ordered are out of stock you will be contacted
either
by email or telephone as soon as possible.
6. Some
cigars on our price list have multiple wrapper options. i.e.
nat/mad You will be able to specify your wrapper preference on
our order form. If you would like to select
multiple
wrappers, please use our "Special Instructions" section to do so. If you order a cigar that has multiple
wrapper options, but do not select a preference, we will default the
order to natural wrapper.

With every order we process, we are required to enter in the
security code that corresponds to the credit card being used for
purchase.
For American Express, this is a 4 digit number on the front of your
card.
For Visa, Master Card and Discover, this is a 3 digit number on the
back
of your card where you sign it. There is a place to enter this
verification
number on our secure order form. If you enter your security code
incorrectly, or not at all, it will hold up the processing of your
order.
8. All first-time customers
under
the age of thirty must have
their order sent "Adult Signature Required" for age verification
purposes.
There are no exceptions. We do not ship tobacco or accessories to
minors.
9. All orders under $50.00
will be
charged a $3.00 service fee. This fee will be applied in-store at
the
time of processing.
10. We DO NOT tolerate mail-order
fraud. Any person who
places a fraudulent order will be reported to the proper authorities

11. We reserve the right to make
substitutions of equal or greater
value in any and all monthly sampler packs.
12.
We are not responsible for typographical errors. That
includes mistakes in pricing on our website.
